More Establishment Clause
Okay, back to the First Amendment. The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment prohibits the passage of any law that favors one religion over another, religion over no religion, or no religion over religion. This means no favoring fish over Darwin fish, or the other way around. (I will eventually draw the reverse illustration as well.)
