Lyttle Lytton Contest
The 2009 Lyttle Lytton Contest results are in! They were actually posted a month ago, but I just thought to check now. The Lyttle Lytton Contest is a shorter version of the Bulwer-Lytton Fiction Contest, which challenges entrants to write the worst possible introductory sentence to a novel. Adam Cadre's Lyttle Lytton contest offers the same challenge, but the sentence must be 30 words or less.
Anyway, my entry received an honorable mention this year, which of course pleases me. Click here to see the 2009 winners. The 2010 contest is already underway!
